Meet Dr. Tran

Dr. James Tran is a graduate of the prestigious University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry and has been practicing dentistry for over 19 years.  After graduating in 2004, he began his career in Southern California’s Manhattan Beach area. In 2007, Dr. Tran became an associate in the dental practice of the respected Dr. Donald Hendrixson who ultimately retired, leaving the practice in the very capable hands of Dr. Tran.   

Dr. Tran is committed and passionate about the field of dentistry and keeps abreast of the latest dental treatments and technologies in order to consistently provide the highest level of service for his patients. He also believes in working closely with well-established dental specialists in the community to ensure that his patients have access to the best care possible.  He practices from a conservative manner and advocates for preventive treatment plans ensuring that his patients receive gentle and effective care.  

As a resident of Thousand Oaks, Dr. Tran takes pride in the relationships he has developed with his patients over the years and the integral bond the practice has formed with the community.   In his free time, Dr. Tran enjoys spending time with his wife and being a girl dad of 3 little ones. You can also find him exploring the outdoors, running, and cooking when he is away from the office.
